I'm pretty sure I haven't worn flare jeans since I was in high school. But something about this fall made me feel the need to bring these back into my life and I'm glad I did. I started easy with a boot cut, but boy do I love these jeans! What about you ladies with only skinnies in the closet; are you going to give flare jeans another shot?
T shirt, Gap (similar here)
Jeans, Dorothy Perkins (here, on sale for $15 from $55!)
Jacket, Old Navy (here)
Scarf, F21 (similar here)

I love your outfit; it's so casual chic! I have been in love with stripes and army green lately...and that scarf from F21 is a great find! Visiting from The Pleated Poppy and I am now your newest follower.
ReplyDeletePS - I also love your sequin skirt and chambray top!

very cute jeans. i tried on a pair of flare jeans last week but felt so stubby short in them. maybe because i am so used to seeing skinnies when i look in the mirror. they are great for fall though and very cute on you!
ReplyDeleteim a new follower- so glad i found you on the WIWW hop.

love this outfit! I was just thinking about pulling out my flare leg jeans! They make the legs look so long and I need that!

I really like that whole outfit! It looks super comfy and is super cute!
ReplyDeleteFlare and bootcut jeans use to be the only thing I would wear. Now, I only have a pair or two. I jumped on the skinny jean bandwagon and never got off. But I love this pair on you - they fit like a glove! A good pair of denim like that is perfect for casual days. Also love the stripes and that cozy scarf layered with the jacket - perfect for autumn!

I love the colors! Your blog is adorable! Umm... and the ring you are sporting is amazing, too.
ReplyDeleteThose jeans look amazing on you! I think I read a Tim Gunn interview once where he said he loves seeing women rock a nice little flair on jeans rather than always doing a skinny jean and I think he's right! I’d love for you to stop by my blog- I’m currently hosting my October giveaway along with free ad space.

Such a cute outfit!!! I have a pair of bootcut (dark) from Old Navy and I love how they look with heels!!! Love you look today for this post...casual but chic.
ReplyDeleteLove everything about this outfit - even the flare jeans! It's not a crazy flare. Skinnies and bootcuts and straight-leg jeans all have a place in my closet, but those super-flares do not and likely never will.
ReplyDeleteI just bought that same jacket, but in khaki! I found it on sale for $13!

I'm desperately trying to get back into bootcut and flared jeans. I have a ton in my closet with tags still on them. This is giving me life though-they fit you like a glove!
