I still can't believe we're already into October, I'm 2 weeks away from being done with the first 6 months of third year! Crazy. It also means it's time to start thinking about Halloween costumes! Dave and I always have so much fun coming up with ideas for couples costumes - here are a few of our past looks!
Cruella Deville and her dalmation- This was such a fun and cheap costume - most of the pieces came from the thrift store or our own closets! Read more about it here.
Colonel Sanders and his chicken - Another super fun costume complete with chicken feathers made from white boa pinned to shorts and chicken feet made from dishwashing gloves! Read here for more!
We can do "scary" too - zombies are always a classic. I had a lot of fun doing the makeup for these (using youtube to learn how to do simple zombie makeup using toilet paper)!

These are amazing costumes. My boyfriend and I can never agree on something so we always dress separately - this gives me hope!

My boyfriend and I had a ton of fun coming up with costumes the past couple years... we did Scooby Doo gang with a couple friends in 2010 and Taylor Swift/Kanye West last Halloween! Seriously adorable costumes though... who would have ever thought to do Colonel Sanders and his chicken LOL!
