Happy Halloween!

As I shared in my Friday's Fancies last week, for Halloween I dressed up as Cruella Deville and my honey was my Dalmatian. Thank you everyone for your awesome comments on that post regarding the costume idea - I hope you like how it turned out! For Dave's costume he spray-painted black spots on a white shirt and white pants. I found the perfect hat at a random store (I'm pretty sure it's a kid's hat) and he used my Mr. T necklace (worn here) as a dog collar, attaching his name tag with tape that surprisingly lasted all night. For my costume I wore a black maxi dress I already owned and a white fur-looking coat we found at T.J.Maxx (thanks to my bestie Janice). I found a pair of red shoes at Saver's for $5 as well as the red gloves, and Dave made my cigarette holder by breaking a black plastic clothes hanger and painting the end. I finished the look with black and white hairspray, bold red lipstick, and a grey and blue smoky eye. The entire costume (Cruella and Dalmatian) came out to under $50!

Of course Halloween wasn't all cute stuff and Disney characters - we did have our fun with scary zombie costumes the weekend before! In this picture I played with the zombie eye feature on Picnik to make our looks even scarier! Did you guys dress up for Halloween this year? I wanna hear!
