The weekend is over, but what a lovely time it was. Friday I got home, where the air was just as crisp as it has been in Boston, and found my dog in this little outfit. Apparently he loves to dress for fall too. Dave and I went to the Big E Saturday where we proceeded to eat everything in sight. Except the butter sculpture. Or the elephant of course. I really just wanted to set him free, but I'm not sure how one runs away with an elephant without getting caught. Today we came back to Boston for a baby shower. As careful as I was to not mess up the frosting as I was packing the cupcakes up, my textbooks somehow fell on top of them later (go figure). They're quite resilient though and survived the attack, only to be gobbled up later. Sucks to be a cupcake. I hope all of your weekends were wonderful!
