Elbow Patches and Plaid

Nothing says "fall" to me quite like fresh apples and a plaid shirt. Unfortunately, as some of you may know, mother nature has chosen to torment me by making me allergic to apples. Thankfully I can still wear plaid. This cozy get-up kept me warm all night as Dave and I enjoyed the Big E, the largest fair in all of the Northeast US and one of my favorite fall events!

  1. Allergic to apples? I haven't heard of that before! I bought a hand soap today from Bath and Body Works ~ It's the Caramel Apple scent and smells amazing!! That might satisfy your need for apples...?

  2. Oh that sounds wonderful! Thankfully it's only raw apples I'm allergic to so I can still enjoy apples in their greatest form: apple pie :) and apple cider! yum...
