It's fall everyone! If you've been reading my blog you know that to me it's really been fall for a few weeks already, but today is still special because it's the first official day of fall. Here's a dreamy fall outfit of mine I would wear if I were filthy rich... the vintage Chanel purse alone is almost $3,000. Maybe someday if all of this medical school stuff pays off.
