This is the perfect lazy Sunday morning (or afternoon) food that goes oh so perfectly with a big hot cup of coffee. Here's what you need for 4 servings:
- 8 slices texas toast
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup light cream
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Nutella
- syrup
- powdered sugar (optional)
Heat a skillet to low-medium temperature. Mix the eggs, cream, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Take two slices of texas toast, spread nutella on both, and put them together to make a sandwich. Dip the sandwich in the liquid mixture, making sure to coat all sides. Place it on a nonstick pan (or grease it up first with crisco or pam) and cook both sides. When done, put on a plate and add as much syrup and powdered sugar as you like! Enjoy!
